ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to drive guest experience and sales in our Philadelphia store. You will lead the Sales & Service team, partner with the General Manager on strategy, and coach staff to deliver the brand promise in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, scheduling, and fostering relationships with customers while upholding ALO’s guiding principles. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on floor presence.

Formación

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Investigate sales opportunities and partner with the GM to close gaps.
• Build client relationships daily with customers and maintain floor coverage.
• Develop and implement the Sales & Service strategy in partnership with the GM.
• Represent the business in meetings and reports with the GM; monitor budget and metrics.
• Lead talent development, coaching, and scheduling to align with brand principles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals and ensure operational efficiency.
