Job summary

ALO is hiring a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor. You will ensure we meet engagement targets, educate guests on products, and foster a service-led environment that differentiates the store.

You will lead the Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, coach the team, analyze store metrics, and collaborate with Operations, Visual, and store leadership to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making.
• Receptive to feedback and able to give feedback.
• Self-motivated with results orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move actively throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor with product education.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and implement growth plans.
• Ensure sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Visual, and store leadership to drive growth and profitability.
