ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in King of Prussia to drive guest experience and sales performance. You will lead the Sales & Service team, partner with the General Manager on strategy, and ensure execution of store initiatives while actively coaching staff.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the floor.
• Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute sales strategies and store initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, metrics, and reporting to inform planning and decision making.
• Schedule and allocate staffing to ensure strong sales floor coverage.
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback and performance discussions.
