Empire Portfolio Group, owner and operator of Orangetheory Fitness studios, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new memberships, engage prospects, and support studio growth. The role emphasizes high energy, persistence, and customer-focused selling within a fast-paced fitness environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to exceed monthly revenue targets. You will greet guests, conduct studio tours, and collaborate with marketing to attract new members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion and generation with focus on sales targets.
• Greet everyone warmly and provide studio tours.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members to close leads.
• Handle member concerns professionally to resolve issues.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with manager to hit monthly KPI’s and drive revenue.
