Orangetheory Fitness in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to create a welcoming space and remarkable experience for members and first-time guests. You will drive leads, book classes, and promote memberships with a focus on exceptional customer service and high emotional intelligence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service and 1–3 years in sales, with CPR certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Comfortable with new technology, smartphones and computers.
• Growth mindset and passion for helping others.
• Strong work ethic with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages the lead funnel: following up with prospects, booking first class, and providing an exceptional first-time guest experience.
• Meet and exceed KPIs: generates leads, books appointments, and drives membership sales.
• Answer member questions promptly and address concerns appropriately.
• Maintain brand compliance and keep front desk organized; prioritize tasks during shifts.
• Welcome members by name, take accurate attendance, and celebrate milestones.
• Stay informed on studio happenings, promotions, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Work independently and contribute to overall studio success.
• Assist with keeping the studio clean and organized.
