Orangetheory Fitness Nashville is seeking a Sales Lead to create a welcoming space and an exceptional first-time guest experience. You will combine outstanding customer service with high emotional intelligence in a fast-paced, friendly studio environment.

You’ll manage the lead funnel, book first classes, and drive membership sales while representing the brand’s values. This role rewards a goal-oriented, self-driven mindset with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• CPR/AED Certified or willingness to obtain.
• Comfortable with new technology and devices.
• Growth mindset and passion for helping others.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages the lead funnel: follow-ups with prospects, book first class, and deliver an exceptional first-time guest experience.
• Meet and exceed KPIs: generate leads, book appointments, drive membership sales.
• Answer member questions promptly and address concerns appropriately.
• Maintain brand compliance and keep front desk organized.
• Welcome members by name, track attendance, and celebrate milestones daily.
• Stay informed on studio happenings, promotions, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Work independently, own personal contribution to studio success.
• Assist with keeping the studio clean and organized.
