The role focuses on outbound and inbound lead management, class bookings, and membership sales with an emphasis on high emotional intelligence and customer service.

You will drive appointments, educate prospects on memberships and offerings, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations and event

Qualifikationen

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• CPR certified or willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers and new tech.

Aufgaben

• Manages the lead funnel: follow up with prospects, book first class, provide a great first-time guest experience.
• Meet and exceed KPIs: generate leads, book appointments, drive memberships and add-on sales.
• Answer member questions promptly and address concerns appropriately.
• Maintain brand compliance and keep front desk organized.
• Welcome members by name and record accurate class attendance; celebrate milestones.
• Stay informed on promotions, challenges, events and corporate offerings.
• Work independently and contribute to studio and team success.
• Assist with keeping the studio clean and organized.
