Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• CPR/AED Certified
• Comfortable working with new technology, smartphones, and computers.
• Must possess a growth mindset and have a passion for helping others.
• Possess a strong work ethic, operate with integrity and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates must be CPR certified or willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages the lead funnel: follows up with prospects, books their first class, and provides a great first-time guest experience.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators: generates leads, books appointments, and drives membership sales.
• Answer member questions promptly and address concerns appropriately.
• Maintain brand compliance and keep the front desk organized.
• Welcome members by name and track class attendance accurately.
• Stay informed on studio promotions, fitness challenges, events, and corporate initiatives.
