Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• CPR/AED Certification required.
• Comfortable working with smartphones and computers.
• Growth mindset and passion for helping others.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead funnel: follow up with prospects and book first classes.
• Meet and exceed KPIs: generate leads, book appointments, drive sales.
• Answer member questions promptly and address concerns.
• Maintain brand compliance; keep front desk organized.
• Welcome members by name and record attendance accurately.
• Stay informed on studio promotions and corporate initiatives.
• Work independently and own your contribution to studio success.
• Keep the studio clean and organized.
