Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Sales Lead to welcome members and first-time guests, delivering exceptional service and helping them start their fitness journey. This role rewards emotional intelligence, goal orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced studio.

You will manage the lead funnel, book first-time classes, meet KPIs, answer questions, maintain brand standards, and create memorable member moments while supporting career growth within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with new technology, smartphones, and computers.
• Growth mindset and passion for helping others.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manages the lead funnel: following up with prospects and booking first class experiences.
• Meet and exceed KPIs: generate leads, book appointments, drive memberships and add-on sales.
• Answer member questions promptly and handle concerns appropriately.
• Maintain brand compliance and keep front desk organized, prioritizing tasks.
• Welcome members by name and celebrate milestones to create memorable moments.
• Stay informed on promotions, events, and corporate initiatives.
