The position involves managing leads, booking classes, driving memberships and add-on sales, and maintaining a well-organized front desk while delivering stellar service and supporting studio success.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• CPR/AED Certification is required or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Comfortable with new technology, smartphones, and computers.

Responsibilities

• Manages the lead funnel: follow-ups with prospects, books first class, provides guest experience and membership details.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets: generates leads, books appointments, drives sales.
• Answer member questions promptly and address concerns appropriately.
• Maintain brand compliance and organize front desk tasks across shifts.
• Welcome members by name, take accurate class attendance, celebrate milestones.
• Stay informed on promotions, challenges, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Work independently and take ownership of contributions to studio success.
• Assist with studio cleanliness and organization.
