Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with leadership in design studios.
• Licensure or certification in chosen field preferred.
• Experience leading MBH (Mental & Behavioral Health) projects.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop design teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studio projects focusing on process, delivery, and documentation.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Lead cross‑studio coordination to advance firm goals.
• Guide teams through programming, design development and delivery stages.
