Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC in Palo Alto is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day studio operations and help grow the member community. You will drive revenue through memberships, retail sales, and private training bookings while mentoring Sales Associates and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

You will report to the General Manager, oversee scheduling with instructors, manage inventory, and help execute marketing campaigns and community events to grow the studio community.

Qualifications

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Ability to drive revenue streams: memberships & retail sales, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, data-driven, able to manage inventory and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive & increase membership & retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel.
• Ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
