Job summary

Club Pilates in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead studio operations, drive memberships and retail sales, and support instructors. Reports to GM or District Manager; full-time role requiring strong leadership, sales aptitude, and excellent English communication.

Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and customer service in a fast-paced fitness environment. Ideal candidates are highly organized, tech-savvy, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding member

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and data management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive and increase membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Execute adherence to all company policies, including the policy of at-will employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
