Job summary

Indie Consulting seeks a senior operations leader to scale the agency with intention. You will own resourcing, forecasting, and HR strategy, leading the Ops Manager and Coordinator while partnering with the CEO and senior leaders to shape the organization.

You will build staffing plans, budgets, and KPIs, tightening systems across finance, HR, and client services. A competitive salary includes bonus eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or related leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Experience building resourcing, forecasting, or capacity-planning systems.
• Experience owning HR and recruiting, including comp and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team and set strategic direction.
• Own HR, recruiting, and staffing strategies.
• Develop and run forecasting and capacity planning.
• Oversee finance, vendor management, and system configurations.
• Define KPIs and report to CEO.
