Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily studio operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a full-time role in New York. You will coordinate activities, supervise events, and help ensure a safe, engaging environment for children and families.

The position requires prior experience with children and a solid background in management or related fields, along with strong multitasking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant/equivalent work experience required.
• Prior experience working with children is essential.
• Solid background in management, performance, events, art instruction, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Support in managing and coordinating daily studio operations, including scheduling activities and events.
• Pick up children from schools within walking distance from the studio.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement all standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a safe environment and report any unsafe conditions promptly.
• Engage positively and professionally with children, parents, and staff.
• Maintain required paperwork and records as needed.

Education
