Studs, Paramus, NJ, is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations in the absence of the Studio Manager. You will help drive revenue, coach team members, and uphold Studs privacy and safety standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 1+ year of retail management with a flexible schedule (five days per week, 38–40 hours) including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of retail management and customer-facing leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule of five days per week (38-40 hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Full-time commitment to Studs as the primary employment.
• Must stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day studio operations in the Studio Manager’s absence.
• Manage inventory, supply ordering, and operational task completion with consistency.
• Track daily business performance and support execution of sales strategies to drive revenue.
• Partner with the Studio Manager to identify trends in key metrics and ensure goals stay on track.
• Uphold safety protocols and piercing regulations and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to support individual performance and team development.
