Job summary

Kidcreate Studio Brownsville is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to help run our kid-focused art studio. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure a high level of customer service while engaging with students during classes, camps, and parties.

The role requires enthusiasm, reliability, creativity, and the ability to manage last-minute schedule changes, with a minimum of 15 hours per week and a weekend/holiday retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Experience managing others is required.
• Able to fill in for teachers last-minute.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and train/advise studio employees.
• Interact with students during art classes, camps, and parties.
• Act as liaison between staff and customers, providing high-quality customer service.
