Studs in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with the Studio Manager, coach a high-performing team, and uphold Studs' standards, safety policies, and culture in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time, on-site role requires weekend availability and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management and customer-facing leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays (38-40 hours/wk).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be reliable to attend all scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day Studio operations in the absence of the Studio Manager.
• Manages inventory, supply ordering, and task completion with consistency and attention to detail.
• Tracks daily performance and supports sales strategies to hit targets.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to support performance.
• Upholds safety protocols and piercing regulations.
