Studs seeks an Assistant Studio Manager in McLean, VA to lead daily Studio operations in the Studio Manager’s absence and uphold exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role requires weekend availability and the ability to drive revenue through coaching and process execution.

You will manage inventory, coordinate ordering, and ensure safety standards while modeling Studs’s values and culture in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management and customer-facing team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, and store standards.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Studio operations in the Studio Manager’s absence.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and execution of store tasks with attention to detail.
• Track daily performance and support sales strategies to hit targets.
• Identify trends in metrics and ensure goals stay on track.
• Uphold safety protocols and piercing regulations; escalate issues when needed.
