Job summary

Studs is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead operations at the McLean Studio, stepping in for the Studio Manager as needed. The role focuses on revenue, coaching, and maintaining Studs’ high standards of customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise a small team, ensure safety and regulatory adherence, and model our values while growing with a high-performing crew. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management and customer-facing leadership experience.
• Availability for a flexible schedule of five days per week (38-40 hours) including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations in the manager's absence and ensure smooth execution across functions.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and point-of-sale tasks with attention to detail.
• Track daily performance and assist in executing sales strategies to drive revenue.
