Job summary

ALO is hiring an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency on the store floor. You will lead inventory, partner with managers, and ensure smooth operations from shipment to replenishment. The role requires mobility around the store and a proactive approach to guest service.

You will coach a team, manage schedules, and uphold visual standards while maintaining a safe environment and strong stockroom routines. This is a full-time, on-site position in Canada with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment with proven leadership.
• Strong decision-making abilities and feedback receptiveness.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles and moves across store floor as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate BOH safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with leadership to improve processes.
• Oversee shipment receiving, flow, replenishment and floor recovery.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Foster a safe, efficient operation with solid stockroom practices.
