Glowbar is hiring a Studio Guide to own the front desk and set the tone for every visit. You will drive membership and package sales, manage rebooking, and serve as the primary voice for client communications.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or sales experience, a passion for skincare, and a proven ability to close sales in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Weekend availability is required for peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hospitality or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and comfort with commission-based earning.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and convert prospects into loyal members.
• Warm, professional presence and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and both weekend days for Full-Time/Part-Time roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Drive membership and package sales; meet revenue targets.
• Manage rebooking, waitlist, and schedule optimization.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routines; upsell where appropriate.
• Track personal sales performance and close rates; report metrics.
• Keep the studio clean and client-ready; responsibilities from front desk to laundry.
• Share observations with management to improve client experience and team performance.
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation, standards, and education.
