Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking an experienced Studio Manager in Celebration, FL to lead daily operations, drive membership revenue, and command on-site authority over front-d desk sales and stretch practitioners. You will enforce accountability and cultivate a high-performance culture focused on member results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or service-driven environment.
• Decisive, mature leader with the ability to command respect and enforce accountability.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and tracking KPIs.
• Clear, direct communication skills with conflict-resolution ability.
• Full availability for a 36-hour Tue–Sat shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Total Studio Leadership & Direct Oversight: supervise the studio roster, ensure shift coverage and scheduling, resolve day-to-day hurdles.
• Team Accountability & Development: set high standards, conduct one-on-ones, address underperformance, mentor practitioners.
• Revenue & Sales Growth: own revenue targets, monitor conversion, lead follow-ups, drive local marketing.
• Operational Continuity & Handovers: run daily mid-shift syncs to review data and ensure brand consistency.
• Member Service & Facility Standards: resolve escalated inquiries, uphold cleanliness, ensure client experiences.
