Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional member experiences in a fast-growing wellness company. You will oversee a studio, coach Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners, and ensure a high-performing team.

You’ll monitor KPIs, manage schedules, and coach the team to meet sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service and a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or managing a team.
• Retail, hospitality, wellness, or membership sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage performance metrics, familiar with KPIs and basic business performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and drive membership growth.
• Coach Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners; manage schedules and staffing.
• Review KPIs and studio performance; monitor revenue and memberships.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Lead by example to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and empathy.
