Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager in Oklahoma City to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team delivering practitioner-assisted stretching experiences.

You will manage sales, training, scheduling, and member relations while ensuring exceptional service and a culture of excellence. The role emphasizes leadership, performance tracking, and a commitment to health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1-2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness and readiness for members.
• Greet members, check them in, and ensure each person feels welcome and cared for.
• Lead by example by coaching Sales Associates, managing the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly goals are met.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service every day.
