Job summary

Stretch Zone in Kissimmee, Florida, seeks an experienced Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership revenue, and maintain high standards. The role oversees front-desk sales and certified stretch practitioners, enforcing accountability and building a high-performance culture focused on member results.

You will manage scheduling, sales targets, and team development, coordinate with staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or service-driven environment.
• Decisive, mature leader with the natural confidence to command respect, enforce accountability, and manage a diverse team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and tracking KPIs.
• Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and de-escalate concerns.
• Full availability to work the 36-hour Tuesday through Saturday shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the entire studio roster, including the Lead Sales Associate, sales staff, and stretching practitioners.
• Establish high performance standards, conduct one-on-ones, address underperformance, and mentor future leaders.
• Own studio revenue targets, conversion rates, and retention KPIs; guide the front-desk team and drive local marketing.
• Coordinate daily handovers and ensure brand execution across all shifts.
• Resolve client inquiries with authority and uphold facility standards and customer experiences.
