Stretch Zone is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to manage the studio and drive membership sales through our practitioner-assisted stretch model. You will guide the Sales Associates, ensure excellent guest service, and lead daily operations to achieve monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership required to convert guests to members.

• Able to set and help attain goals with the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales within the studio and mentor the Sales Associates.
• Greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates and manage daily operations and monthly goals.
• Track KPIs and report sales metrics to the General Manager.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching and hit sales goals.
