Rowan is seeking an enthusiastic Studio Manager to oversee our Crocker Park ear piercing studio. You will lead a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, inventory control, and maintaining brand standards while engaging with the local community to boost appointments and visibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in retail management or service-oriented environment.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to piercing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop studio staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Meet and exceed studio sales targets and manage payroll within budgets.
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to reflect brand standards.
• Train onboarding staff on procedures, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with corporate on marketing initiatives and product launches.
