Job summary

Rowan is seeking an energetic Studio Manager to lead our Naperville ear-piercing studio. You will supervise Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensure safety and top-tier customer service, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail management, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid collaboration with corporate teams is expected.
