Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our Mount Pleasant ear piercing studio, ensuring exceptional customer service, safety, and a welcoming environment. You will drive sales, manage a team including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, and uphold Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, POS accuracy, and community engagement to boost brand awareness and appointments while maintaining a safe, celebratory studio atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a retail management role, preferably service-oriented.
• Strong leadership, ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with a track record of delivering memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure high customer service levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Meet studio sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Manage inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Ensure health and safety standards for piercing procedures.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal coverage.
