Rowan is seeking a Clinical Studio Manager to lead our Jordan Creek studio, overseeing piercing operations, customer service, and a safe, welcoming environment.

As an RN/LPN, you will manage Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales, ensure health standards, inventory control, and staff development to deliver exceptional experiences.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-obsessed with proven sales-driving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a studio team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Meet studio sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising and POS accuracy.
