Job summary

Rowan, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Studio Manager to lead our Bridgewater Commons ear piercing studio. You will guide a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales while ensuring safety and brand standards are met.

The role focuses on operations, training, inventory control, and community engagement to grow appointments and loyalty. A strong retail mindset and leadership drive are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably service-oriented.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-focused with a track record of delivering memorable experiences.
• Proven ability to drive sales and store profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and customer service standards.
• Lead and coach Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver Rowan’s standards.
• Meet studio targets and manage revenue, payroll, and scheduling.
• Train onboarding staff on procedures, safety, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing and product launches.
• Ensure inventory control, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
