Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day-to-day studio operations, mentor a team of yoga teachers and studio staff, and collaborate with the District Manager to drive membership growth and profitability. Qualifications

• 2+ years in studio manager or leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience preferred (200HR).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with community growth focus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and goal-driven approach.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines with solutions-oriented thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations and teach/coordinate the teaching team and studio staff.
• Partner with local sales to drive memberships and revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff in line with class targets.
• Meet/exceed performance targets: membership, revenue, class counts, retention.
• Lead Teacher Training programs to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with analytics to design optimal schedules for the community.
