Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Brentwood, MD is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations, coach teachers, and create a premium in‑studio experience for the community.

Lead a team of studio staff, partner with the District Manager, drive membership and class revenue, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.

This role requires 5–6 days per week, 40+ hours, weekend availability, and teaching at least four classes weekly to support studio success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a studio manager or leadership role.
• Experience in facilitation and training; 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on community growth and KPIs.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own daily studio operations, lead the teaching team, and coordinate with Studio Coordinators and local sales to hit membership goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff accurately per class-count goals.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, teaching revenue, class count, attendance, and retention.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team for excellent studio experiences.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening, sustaining revenue, profitability, and culture.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week, with weekend availability and on-call duties.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats.
• Enforce CorePower policies and uphold values in staff interactions.
• Work with analytics to optimize schedules based on attendance history and preferences.
