Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is hiring a Studio Manager in Nashville to lead daily studio operations and teach a world class experience. You will manage teaching staff, drive membership growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

You will recruit and train staff, ensure policy compliance, and help grow the studio’s community. A 40+ hour week with weekend shifts is expected and 4 classes per week may be taught.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to day-to-day operations including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Lead partnership with the local sales team to achieve studio membership goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff to meet class count goals.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, training revenue, class count, attendance, retention, and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team for excellent service.
• Commit to 40+ hours/week, with weekend availability; teach at least 4 classes per week.
• Ensure adherence to CorePower policies and values with staff.
