Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Manager in Irvine, CA to lead the Studio team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll oversee retail and piercing operations, drive revenue growth, ensure safety compliance, and nurture a high-performing, collaborative staff.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, scheduling, and maintaining standards, with on-site work five days a week including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees
• Experience in jewelry, piercing, or retail services is a plus
• Strong operational and financial acumen with a track record of achieving goals

Responsibilities

• Owns the Studio’s overall performance, driving revenue growth and achieving sales plans
• Reviews business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies
• Delegates and oversees divisions within the management team and ensures execution
• Manages scheduling within labor allocations and payroll accuracy
• Maintains high operational standards including health and safety protocols
• Partners with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards and best practices
