Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager for our Bridgewater Commons ear piercing studio. You will supervise daily studio operations, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain safety and cleanliness, and drive sales through hands-on leadership on the selling floor.

You will lead a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, manage inventory and scheduling, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborate with corporate marketing on initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role for 3–5 years, preferably in a similar service-oriented environment.
• Jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer experience and maintain a welcoming, safe studio environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional service and meet safety standards.
• Meet and exceed studio sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Schedule staff, manage payroll accuracy, and recruit for open positions.
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit studio performance reports and coordinate with corporate on initiatives.
