Studs located in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a best-in-class experience. The role oversees both retail and piercing operations, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence in a hands-on leadership capacity.

This full-time, on-site position requires weekend availability and strong people management skills. You will coach staff, optimize scheduling and compliance, and foster a culture of safety and top-tier customer service,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading a team of 7+ employees.
• Must work on-site five days per week (40 hours) with evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 lbs.
• Experience in jewelry, piercing, or retail services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns Studio performance, driving revenue growth and achieving sales plans.
• Reviews business reporting and identifies opportunities to adjust strategies.
• Delegates responsibilities within the management team and ensures execution.
• Manages scheduling and payroll accuracy through audits.
• Maintains high operational standards, health and safety, and inventory control.
• Partner with Piercing Leadership on training and best practices.
