Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee our ear piercing studio, delivering exceptional customer service in a safe, welcoming environment. You will lead Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive revenue, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail leadership, a passion for customer experiences, and the ability to coach a diverse team while meeting targets. Hybrid or on-site work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role for 3–5 years, preferably in a service-oriented environment, jewelry experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Customer-obsessed with strong problem solving and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Comfortable with inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, celebratory atmosphere and engage with customers on the selling floor.
• Lead, coach, and develop studio staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold safety standards.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and performance metrics; optimize appointments and inventory sell-through.
• Train and onboard new staff; provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and coordinate with corporate teams on marketing and launches.
