Rowan is seeking an enthusiastic Studio Manager to oversee our ear piercing studio at Bridgewater Commons in New Jersey. You will lead a Nurse Piercer and Sales Associate team, drive customer-focused service, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, staffing, inventory control, and achieving sales targets while maintaining Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role for 3–5 years, preferably in service-oriented environment.
• Customer-obsessed, passionate about delivering exceptional, memorable customer experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations with a focus on customer service, safety, and atmosphere.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff to meet Rowan’s safety standards and sales targets.
• Manage inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention; ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Drive studio sales and revenue growth through optimized appointments and staff coverage.
• Train and onboard staff; coordinate with corporate for marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Prepare performance reports and assist with budgets and financial targets.
