Job summary

BODYROK is hiring a Studio Advisor to support members and guests, drive memberships and package sales, and assist instructors to maintain a welcoming studio environment.

You will handle check-ins, promotions, and email outreach, while delivering top-tier customer service and keeping the studio clean and organized. This hourly role offers base pay plus commissions and growth opportunities within a fast-paced fitness brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Experience with MindBody software is preferred.
• Strong sales-drive in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with good organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and ensure check-in procedures are followed.
• Create new business via member promotions, referrals and inquiries.
• Promote specials and reach out to potential members by email.
• Manage front desk area, keep it clean and organized, handle merchandise sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with studio operations.
