Glowbar Inc. is seeking a Studio Manager in Massachusetts, Wellesley. You will act as the CEO of your Glowbar location, leading both people and performance to deliver exceptional client experiences.

This role drives revenue, margins, and culture, with ownership of the studio’s outcomes. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, optimizing membership and product sales, recruiting and training staff, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years people management in fast-paced service industries.
• Proven track record of operational and financial success.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to hire/train high performers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own front desk operations and ensure client experience.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance data to spot trends.
• Recruit, interview, and build a team reflecting Glowbar’s values.
• Onboard and train new members; conduct regular performance feedback.
• Maintain studio profitability through cost controls.
• Build partnerships and drive lead generation.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
