Glowbar Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Studio Manager to lead a vibrant Glowbar location, owning the client experience, team performance, and business results.

You’ll drive growth, set standards, and build a culture that elevates every teammate and client. You’ll recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff, optimize labor and expenses, and foster partnerships to boost memberships and product sales while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive people management experience in a fast-paced, service-based industry.
• Proven track record of operational and financial success, including driving studio-level margins and growth.
• Exceptional leadership and ability to hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and client experience across shifts, leading by example.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance data to spot trends and opportunities.
• Recruit, interview, and build a team reflecting Glowbar's values and standards.
• Onboard and train new members, conduct performance shadows, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain studio morale and address friction to sustain a strong culture.
• Manage labor and expenses with an owner’s mindset to protect profitability.
• Build partnerships with local businesses to drive growth and lead generation.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance across the studio.
