Glowbar Inc. is seeking a Studio Manager for our Philadelphia location. This role is the CEO of the studio, accountable for the team, client experience, and business results.

You’ll build a culture, drive growth, and set the standard for performance. Responsibilities include front-desk leadership, performance analysis, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and ensuring profitability while upholding Glowbar standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive people management experience in a fast-paced, service-based industry.
• Proven track record of operational and financial success, including driving studio-level margins and growth.
• Exceptional leadership presence with ability to hire, train, coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk as a hospitality guru for two full shifts per week plus daily lunch break coverage, staying close to the client experience and leading by example.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance data to spot trends, close gaps, and unlock opportunities in membership and product sales growth.
• Recruit, interview, and build a team reflecting Glowbar’s values and standards.
• Onboarding and training new members, conducting performance shadows, and developing them through 1:1s and scorecard reviews.
• Maintain studio morale and address friction to create a strong culture and retention.
• Manage studio labor and expenses with an owner’s mindset to protect profitability.
• Build Glowbar brand in the market by forging partnerships and lead generation.
• Ensure studio compliance standards (safety, cleanliness, brand) are met.
