Responsibilities

• Own front desk operations and guest experience for two shifts weekly plus lunch coverage.
• Analyze weekly/monthly performance data to spot trends and grow membership/product sales.
• Recruit, interview, and build a team reflecting Glowbar values and standards.
• Onboard and train new members, conduct performance shadows, and drive ongoing feedback.
• Maintain studio compliance with safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Manage labor and expenses with an owner’s mindset to protect profitability.
• Build local partnerships to drive growth and brand presence.
