The position requires 18–29 hours per week in-studio, strong customer service, and familiarity with studio systems. Certification in yoga and teaching flexibility are valued assets.

Qualifications

• CorePower Yoga values must be demonstrated.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of Yoga Alliance 200-hour program preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt training preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, POS, online reservations, payroll).
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of CorePower Yoga values at all times.
• Support Studio Manager in goals: membership growth, retail, outreach, recruitment, programming enrollment.
• Commit to 18–29 hours per week in studio; assist with health and safety protocols.
• Manage front desk guidance and assist teaching if certified.
• Run studio operations in absence of Studio Manager (up to 20 hours).
• Maintain studio inventory and cleanliness; service amenities for students.
• Engage with studio community; greet students and foster belonging.
• Support teaching schedule by facilitating classes and subbing as needed.
