This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, coaching teams and learning the ins and outs of a membership-based wellness business from within.

You will help drive membership growth, lead shifts, and ensure high standards of service while developing into a Studio Manager position.

• Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business.
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Confident speaking with clients and closing sales.
• Interest in growing into a Studio Manager role.
