As Studio Manager at the Christiana Mall location, you will lead a team, drive sales, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and uphold Rowan's Clinical Safety standards while delivering a warm, celebratory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven retail management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with ability to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to piercing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, celebratory atmosphere for customers.
• Lead and coach studio staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Meet studio sales targets and optimize profitability.
• Oversee inventory management and POS accuracy.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll plans.
• Train and onboard new staff on safety and product knowledge.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and budgets.
