Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager for our Barracks Road ear piercing studio in Charlottesville, VA. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, ensure safety and exceptional customer service, and manage a team of nurse piercers and sales associates.

This role requires 3-5 years retail management experience, strong leadership, inventory control, visual merchandising, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
